The arrival experience was seamless, with helpful staff who made an effort to assist despite language barriers-an understandable challenge in China. The suite I occupied featured a spacious bedroom area, a comfortable sofa, and a functional workspace, offering essential comforts for both relaxation and efficiency. With two flat-screen TVs, a well-appointed bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a mini-bar, the room certainly met expectations for a four-star establishment. Breakfast was a highlight, boasting a diverse selection that catered primarily to Asian tastes, with a few Western options available. The hotel's central location also presented ample opportunities to explore local attractions and dining areas within a short walk. While the decor may appear a bit dated, the consistent quality of service and clean facilities underscored the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Aurum offers a compelling value proposition. It stands as an excellent choice for travelers seeking both comfort and accessibility at a reasonable price. I encourage potential guests to consider this option for a fulfilling experience without overspending.
